PAYMENT PLAN T&Cs

A Payment Instalment Plan is available to newsletter subscribers for artworks over £100

To be eligible, please sign up to my mailing list

If you would like to purchase artworks via a Payment Plan, please get in touch at mail@sherrieleighjones.com to discuss the duration of the plan.

DURATION
Plans are offered on a 3-6 month schedule.

The cost is spread over monthly instalments; once the time schedule is agreed, you will be sent an invoice breakdown of monthly payments and dates.

The artwork is reserved for you on the receipt of the first instalment.

Artwork will be shipped to the buyer on receipt of the full Payment Plan.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

INTEREST FREE
There is no interest when you purchase your art via a Payment Plan.

EARLY PAYMENT
If you wish to complete your Payment Plan in full, earlier than the date set out on your Payment Plan, you may do so.

CANCELLATION/NON PAYMENT
The Payment Plan between the artist (Sherrie-Leigh Jones) and buyer is binding on receipt of the first instalment. The artwork is then taken off the market, therefore, a result in non-payment and failure to fulfil the Payment Plan results in failure to comply; the artwork remains property of the artist and will be placed back for sale. No refund will be given.

FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE
If you cannot make a monthly payment, you must endeavour to contact me as soon as possible.

I will make every effort to contact you to resolve the situation, however, if no payment is made or there is no communication from the buyer within 14 consecutive days, the buyer will be in default and the Payment Plan Agreement will be terminated. The reserved artwork will be placed back on the market and no refunds will be made.
